Let's secure your wedding date with a formal agreement.
This includes the design of a customised ceremony, document preparation, rehearsal coordination (if required), officiating the ceremony, and, completing and lodging your certificates.

You must be 18 years or older.

You must not be related.

You must not already be married.

Complete the Notice of Intended Marriage form with appropriate ID sighted 31 days before your wedding date.

Exchange vows and sign three certificates on your wedding day.

Two witnesses over the age of 18 are required.

Fill out the form electronically or by hand in black ink, in UPPERCASE letters.

Have it witnessed and signed by Nick, your celebrant, no later than 31 days before your wedding.

Present original birth certificates or passports, divorce or death papers (if previously married), and passports if not an Australian citizen.

Nick will assist with registering your marriage at the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages.
Follow the QLD government’s process to apply for a name change after marriage.
Passports are ideal, or a birth certificate with a form of photo ID like a driver’s license or proof of age ID.
Ideally, under 30 minutes.
Yes, two people over the age of 18 who can understand the ceremony are required.
Up to 100kms from the Gold Coast. For longer distances, please reach out to discuss.

I have a wealth of experience with public speaking, as an MC and with my podcast “chats from a chair”, so let’s add your wedding to the list! With qualities such as reliability, a fun-loving spirit, down-to-earth approach and using my unique outlook on life, I work alongside you to create the ceremony that represents you as a couple.
